1. Who we are

Mockangel is run by Hazelmili Services Private Limited (CIN U78100AS2025PTC029486), registered office at 5B5, Tritha Kingdom, Phukan Ali, Jorhat, Assam 785001, India. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we keep, and why

• Your email address and sign-in records: to create your account and sign you in.
• The exams you choose, your answers, scores and practice history: to choose your next questions and show your progress.
• Your requests and chat messages: to answer you and to improve Mockangel.
• Basic server logs (time, page, IP address, browser): to keep the service running and stop misuse.

3. What we do not keep

• Card numbers, UPI PINs or bank details.
• Advertising or tracking cookies. We set only the sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in.

4. Who processes it for us

These companies process data for us, only to run Mockangel:

• Supabase: the database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting.
• Zoho: sign-in emails and our mailbox.

We may disclose data when the law requires it, for example a valid court order.

5. What we never do

• Sell or rent your data, or share it for advertising.
• Show ads.
• Publish your answers, scores or messages.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its history within 30 days. Payment records stay as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to founder@mockangel.app from your account's email. There is no charge.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. If something goes wrong

If a data breach affects you, we tell you what happened and what we are doing, and we report it to the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

9. Changes

We update this page when what we do with your data changes. For a large change, we email you first.
