1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Hazelmili Services Private Limited (CIN U78100AS2025PTC029486), registered office at 5B5, Tritha Kingdom, Phukan Ali, Jorhat, Assam 785001, India ("we", "us"). They cover mockangel.app and everything we provide through it ("Mockangel"). The Privacy policy is part of these terms.

You accept these terms when you create an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. What Mockangel is, and what it is not

Mockangel gives practice questions, mock tests, results and official exam information for Indian exams.

• It is not an exam body, and it has no link to any exam body. Always confirm dates, eligibility and rules on the official site before you apply.
• It is not a coaching institute. We do not promise a score, a rank or a selection.
• A question marked "Past paper <year>" is from that year's real paper. Other questions are written to the exam's pattern.

3. How questions and answers are made

Some questions, solutions and chat answers are made with the help of automated tools, and we check them. Mistakes can still happen. If you find a wrong question or answer, tell us and we fix it.

Exam facts in the chat come only from official sources we hold. When we do not hold a fact, we say so.

4. Your account

• Use an email address that is yours.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).

5. Plan

Each learner is on Regular. Regular has no payment.

6. Fair use

We may set daily limits to keep Mockangel working for everyone, and we show them in the app. Do not:

• copy, sell or publish the questions, solutions or mocks;
• use bots, scraping or any automated access;
• try to get answers before you submit, or test the service for weaknesses without our written permission (if you find a security flaw, tell us);
• pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

7. Ownership

Mockangel, its name, its questions, solutions and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own preparation only. Past paper questions belong to their exam bodies.

8. No guarantee, and limits

Mockangel is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it has no errors or is always online.

We are not liable for indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jorhat, Assam have jurisdiction.

There is no arbitration clause. You keep your right to go to the consumer commissions. Please write to our Grievance Officer first; most problems are fixed there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For a large change, we email you at least 15 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the version.
